Martin
heads KJD’s debt recovery unit (a part of the dispute
resolution department) and specialises in commercial dispute
resolution, debt recovery and insolvency.
Martin has conducted proceedings predominantly in the Chancery
Division of the High Court and County Court.
He undertakes various work both for and against insolvency
practitioners including applications for provisional liquidators,
administration proceedings, company and individual voluntary
arrangements, delivery up proceedings, bankruptcy, winding up and
order for sale proceedings. Martin became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996. He later graduated in Law at Staffordshire University in 1999 and completed his Legal Practice Course in 2001. Martin was promoted to Partner in April 2007.
