Paul specialises in corporate finance work, including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, banking finance and company law. In particular, he deals with share and asset sales and purchases, management buy-outs and buy-ins, mergers and reorganisations, banking and debt financing for acquisitions and venture capital. Paul joined KJD in September 1997, was promoted to associate in October 1998 and became a partner in October 2000. He has a masters degree in European Law and also graduated from Chester College of Law with first class honours. Some of the deals which he has advised on include acting for a leading venture capitalist on a series of public to private buy-outs including cash offers of up to £22m. |
