Peter specialises
in corporate finance dealing with a broad range of work including acquisitions, disposals,
reconstructions, reorganisations, debt and equity funding and company law.
In particular he specialises in debt finance
and banking dealing with senior and mezzanine finance, acquisition finance and management
buyouts, housing association funding and the taking and giving of security. He also deals
with non-contentious insolvency matters.
Peter graduated in law from Queens College
Cambridge. He joined KJD on qualification, became a partner in 1993 and head of the
Corporate Department in 1998.
He has advised banks and businesses in respect of
acquisition finance facilities (including public to private buyouts) and led a £24.5
million senior and mezzanine debt refinancing in addition to leading a variety of
acquisitions and disposals.
