Philip has specialised in corporate and commercial law including intellectual property for over 15 years.

He qualified in Manchester, leaving Manchester four years ago, where he was a partner at Cobbetts, to become partner and head of a team at a large Birmingham practice. He joined KJD as a partner in the commercial unit in March 2003.

During his career he has worked with a large number of clients in different industries from hi-tech to industrial. These have varied in size from one man start up companies to companies as large as Diageo.
