Stephen
undertakes a wide range of commercial and general disputes. He has particular expertise in
contentious corporate and personal insolvency, professional negligence, fraud and breaches
of fiduciary duty, insurance law, equitable remedies, shareholder disputes, European and
International law and claims involving financial institutions. He has experience of
conducting disputes in all divisions of the High Court as well as in the County Court.
Stephen graduated in law from Brunel
University, achieved honours in his Law Society final examinations and has a master of
laws degree in European and International Law from the University of Alberta, Canada.
Stephen was admitted as a solicitor in 1990. He trained in London and then worked for a
large commercial firm in Leeds. He joined KJD from Eagle Star in December 1997.

concerning proprietary and constructive trust claims in a major multi-jurisdictional
